Next Generation Ministry (NGM) Overview
The NGM is the English congregation of PCBC. Our vision is to “to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up” (Ephesian 4:12).
Established in 2019 due to the growing need and number of English speaking Chinese growing up in Perth. The congregation is lead by the English Pastor Kash Ng, who oversees they day to day of NGM, such as sermons, bible study groups and mentorship.
A significant portion of us are 2nd generation immigrants of Asian heritage who have grown up in Perth and speak mainly English. The age demographic ranges from high school to young working adults. However, we welcomes people from all ethic groups and age to come join the NGM family.
Our English service start 9:30am at Citiplace Community Centre. Periodically we join together with the Cantonese Congregation, or invite guest speakers for bilingual services. Please keep an eye on the announcements.
Fellowship Groups
NGM has 2 active fellowship groups from 7:30-9:30pm alternating Friday nights located at 13 Aberdeen Street, Perth.
Youth Group - caters for high school students from year 7 to 9 with a mixture of fun games and engaging topics such as, who is Jesus? Can we trust the bible? and why is there suffering?
Alacrity - targeted to year 10 onwards (including university and early working adults), this group dived into the scriptures, progressing through selected books of the Bible each term led by a facilitator. Our goal is to study the Bible together and applying the teaching into practice so that we may live out an abundant life as it promises.
